Updated how bank holidays display in Console Administration by defaulting to display the most current year. For example, if holidays for 2025 exist, the Year filter is set to 2025. If bank holidays for 2024 exist, and no holidays for 2025 exist, the Year filter is set to 2024. If there are no bank holidays for the last 1 year, the Year filter is not applied. Also, if an FI has Zones, when switching Zones, the Year filter will reset to the most current year for existing bank holidays in the Zone. (CONSOLE-1838)

Fixed an issue where, when attempting to add a system notification in Console Administration, the notification was not being saved, and an error message displayed.

Fixed an issue in Console Administration where system notifications couldn't be sorted by the Start date or End date columns. Now, FI users can sort system notifications by either date columns. (CONSOLE-1724)

Added a Detailed error information button to the error message that displays in User Management when a CSR user attempts to update and save a Customer's profile, features, account rights, and transaction rights. Now, when a CSR user selects the button, a window with more information regarding the error displays and provides more clarification. (ONBD-2282)

Updated the CSR Notes audit event for better detail tracking. Now, when adding, deleting, or editing a CSR Note in Q2 Console, the Group ID, Customer ID, and User ID information are populated, if available.

Updated the Profile section in User Management by adjusting the Date created and Date last modified fields to be Profile created date and Profile last modified date, respectively. Also, added a tooltip to the Profile last modified date field that indicates the last modified date "Excludes Phone and SAC contacts." (ONBD-2278)

Updated the message that displays for the Information Reporting module when it isn't configured. Now, if the module is not configured, an error message that states "This module is not currently configured for use" displays. (ONBD-2241)

Fixed an issue where CSR users are unable to reset a PIN for a voice banking or text banking end user Login. The Set temporary password button was previously disabled when there were no secure access code (SAC) contacts for the user. Now, if the end user Login is through voice banking or text banking, the button is enabled and displays as Reset PIN. (ONBD-2322)
