What's new

The following changes have been implemented when promoting drafts in Experience Builder:

Added the ability to ignore changes that could potentially cause issues when Previewing/Publishing in the target environment. During step 2 of the promotion process, a To be promoted - with issue table and a To be promoted - without issue table display. The user can then determine if any changes should be ignored by simply clearing the check box next to the appropriate change. If the checkbox remains selected, that specific change will be promoted. These exclusions allow for a draft to be promoted where, if not excluded, the build would have failed. When excluding changes, the following additional actions are taken, depending on what is excluded:
- Ignore Missing Forms/Properties on Promotion—if a navigation node is tied to a form that does not exist in the target environment, the user will have the ability to either ignore the change from being promoted or remove the form from the nav node, allowing the navigation node itself to be promoted without the form.
- Ignore Navigation Nodes on Promotion—the user can ignore the promotion of changes to a navigation node, whether or not the navigation node has an issue.
