Note
You must be logged into the Gro Admin Portal as a Configuration Specialist to edit the Type IDs in your Gro configuration.
Clear your browser cache and do a hard reload of the page. This will clear out any data your computer is storing locally and force it to reload the entire dataload for the page. The process for this is different for each browser, but can be accessed using the settings menu for your browser.
You can change the email address included in that email within the server.email.outboundSettings.connectionDetails
Type ID.

Within the client.webapp.custom.properties
Type ID, change the excludeUvs
list to add creditReportIdList
to it. This issue is caused by SMS phone number validation. During the application workflow, if the security question for the SMS validation phone number matches up with a previous application, applicant data is preloaded into the new application and the Qualifile information is not regenerated. The configuration change to fix this works because it forces Gro to ignore that field when populating application data.
