With Gro Communicator, you can also configure document bundles that make selecting groups of documents for specific purposes easier. For example, you could have a bundle configured with documents required for corporate clients and a different bundle configured for small business customers.
You select a Doc Bundle for a specific customer from within the Gro Admin Portal by clicking the Add (+) button for the Document List on the Application Details page for the customer. Select the appropriate bundle from the Doc Bundles section. You can also individually select documents from a list on the Documents tab, or request additional documentation using the Custom tab.
When you select Request Documents the customer receives a secure email with a link to upload the requested documents. The following image shows an example document request email message.
Clicking the link takes the customer to the Gro Communicator login page. After logging in, the customer can view the list of requested documents from the Document List page:
After the customer has uploaded the requested documents, you can view them from the Gro Admin Portal by selecting the linked document name.
