Q2 Gro Advanced Queue Routing automatically organizes applications into multiple queues based on progress of the application within the system workflow. In place of a single default queue where all applications arrive, Advanced Queue Routing provides back-office users with multiple system queues. This new feature provides back-office users with the power to quickly identify applications that need their attention, such as declined risk status, missing funding and other key components. Financial Institutions will still create manual queues as needed, and back-office teams will continue to move applications through their defined workflow.
Note
For more information about creating or managing queues, see Manage Queues.
Advanced Queue Routing can be configured for the following conditions that occur during the application process:
-
Incomplete
-
Manual Review
-
Pending Funding
-
Completed/Approved
