Users can have multiple roles within the system. To assign roles to a user, select in the Roles column. The number on the icon indicates how many roles the user is currently assigned.
The following roles are available:

CHANGE_MANAGER |
The IT staff member who manages environment changes. Users with the Change Manager role cannot be assigned additional roles. This role has access to the Configuration > Advanced tenant configuration options and Tenants menu options only. |

A marketing or business analyst role who configures the application. This role has access to the Documents and Configuration menu options only. |

CONFIGURATION_SPECIALIST_READ_ONLY |
An analyst or administrator who needs to view, but not edit, the application configuration. This role can view basic and advanced configuration. This role has access to the Documents and Configuration menu options only |

ADMINISTRATOR |
The IT administrator at the financial institution (FI). Users with the Administrator role can also be assigned the CONFIGURATION_SPECIALIST_READ_ONLY role, but cannot be assigned any other additional roles. This role has access to the Admin and Configuration > Advanced menu options only. |

APPLICATION_SUPPORT |
The operations team members of an FI. This role can manage and transact against applications. This role has access to the Dashboard and Search menu options only |

A data analyst role. This role has access to the Dashboard and Reports menu options only. This role also has access to the Analytics dashboard within the Q2 Gro application. |
