To access the Admin Portal, users must log in with a valid user ID and password. Users are assigned their user ID by the Administrator. Upon initial login, users can set up their password and security questions.
Users can be assigned one or more of the following roles within the Admin Portal aside from the Administrator.:

Configuration Specialist |
A marketing or business analyst who configures the application. This role has access to basic and advanced configuration. |
Configuration Specialist Read Only |
An analyst or administrator who needs to view, but not edit, the application configuration. This role can view basic and advanced configuration. |
Administrator |
The IT administrator at the FI. This role provides access to manage users, change passwords, set password policy, assign roles, manage queues, and create product-specific URLs. |
Application Support |
The operations team members of an FI. This role can manage applications. |
Reporting Analyst |
A data analyst. This role provides access to the Q2 Gro reporting capabilities. |
