Q2 Gro offers the following Advanced Queue Routing queues.
Note
The Default queue is the only required queue, and cannot be any of the Advanced Queue Routing queues listed below.
Queue |
Description |
---|---|
Incomplete |
Applications that were started and abandoned before the Decision Workflow was invoked. |
Manual Review |
Applications that did not pass the KYC or Risk checks during the Decisioning Workflow. This queue also contains Approved applications that were not successfully onboarded to the Core due to connectivity or system issues. |
Pending Funding |
Applications that were approved but did not complete the funding steps or failed the funding process. |
Completed/Approved |
Applications that were approved, successfully onboarded to the Core, and successfully funded. |
Advanced Queue Routing introduces a new configuration that can move an application to an Incomplete queue if it has been inactive for more than 24 hours (default). Once the specified time period is exceeded, the application will automatically move to an Incomplete queue.
Q2 Gro Product also recommends supplementing Advanced Queue Routing with our Automated Notifications feature. Automated Notifications is a separate feature of the Q2 Gro product, which allows clients to define email content and automatically send those emails for the following scenarios:
-
Incomplete applications organized into system-defined queues using Advanced Queue Routing
-
Adverse Action based on a hard Qualifile Decline
-
Secure portal communications status using Q2 Gro Communicator
For information about configuring Automated Notification, see Emails.
