Complete the following steps to create an application using the Admin Application Assist:

From the Gro Admin Portal Dashboard page, select Create a new application.

Enter the applicant's identification information and select the verification method used, then select Next to continue the application process.

Continue the application workflow using the information provided by the applicant and finalize the application at the end of the process.
Note
You can view the customer's application initiation method and their identity verification method from the Identification section within their application.
The application is now saved to the Gro Admin Portal and will appear in the appropriate queue.
