The Admin Application Assist feature requires Q2 Gro version 3.22.7 or later.
The Admin Application Assist simplifies the account application process for FI employees with the Application Support role by allowing them to initiate an application in the Gro Admin Portal.
An employee with the necessary account access can initiate an application on behalf of a user with the Create a new application button available at the top of the Dashboard page.
Applications completed using the Admin Application Assist workflow follow the same workflow as the usual applicant process. All configured features will be available in the same way as they are for end users.
