The Internal Comments section of the Application Details page logs all Q2 Gro system actions that happen during each application process. At the bottom of each application in the Admin Portal, the Internal Comments section can be used to research how far an applicant progressed in the application process. If an application is referred, you can use this section to research if a failure occurred and where, or which risk checks the applicant did not pass, if applicable.
The Internal Comments section of the Application Details page helps to explain various stages of the application process and aspects of different integrations. The information included in this section provides more information for internal comments terminology.
Note
The information included in this section doesn't apply to terminology related to custom integration internal comments.
