The Emails page provides the ability for the financial institution to configure the body of the email templates that are generated and sent by the system. The table below describes the different email template types that are generated and can be configured:

The verification email is sent to the applicant during the account opening process. The verification email contains a verification code and the account disclosures for which the applicant must acknowledge receipt. |

When an admin resets an admin portal user or when an admin portal user requests for a password reset, this email is sent to the user. |
