You can access the Application Details page in the following ways:

Selecting an application from a search

Selecting an application from a queue
Use the Application Details page to perform the following tasks:

View and to edit all information that was collected during the account opening process, such as the name of the applicant and what product or products were in the shopping cart.

Move an application into a different queue using the Queue list. You can only move applications into queues for which you have access.

Complete tasks related to the application such as running a QualiFile report or submitting to the core using the Actions menu.

View and edit current application status. Applications can have one of the following statuses:

Approved—the application has passed all criteria, including the Risk and KBA checks, and credit bureau check where applicable.

Declined—the application did not successfully pass one or more criteria and is declined.

Pending—the application is submitted and is in the process of funding verification.

Referred—the application has failed one or more criteria and is being reviewed.

Fraud—the application has been identified as fraudulent.

Incomplete—the application is missing required information.

View the account number if one was created.
Note
All edits made on the Application Details page appear at the bottom of the page in the Internal Comments section.
For example, after investigating an application with a status of Referred, you decide the application can move forward. All you need to do is complete any necessary actions using the Actions menu and change Application Status to Approved.
