These metrics are controlled by a timeframe. The timeframe option, at the top of the Analytics portal, is where users can view results from the past 1, 7, 30, 60, and 90 days.
Metrics will not be captured until your Q2 Gro platform is updated to the 2.5.1.x release and the Analytics back-end services are enabled. For example, if you have have enabled Analytics from past one week, you can only view one week's data in the Analytics portal.
Device and browser data points are captured by Q2 Discover (Pendo), a back-end service enabled for all clients in the Q2 Gro 9.3.0 and later releases. Metrics for usage data will only display from the time the FI has been on the 9.3.0 or later release.
