The Dashboard page provides customizable queues as well as the ability to initiate applications for workflow purposes and a high-level view of applications in the system.
The Create a new application button launches the web application workflow within the Gro Admin Portal to allow an FI employee to enter the applicant's information and submit an application on their behalf. For more information, see Admin Application Assist.
Queues appear at the top of the Dashboard page. Queues are containers that group applications for categorization and workflow purposes. The Administrator user for your FI can define and configure queues to meet the needs of your current or planned business processes.
Queue groups simplify the administrative process of assigning queues to Admin Portal users by assigning queues to a queue group once, and then being able to change that set at any time. In order for the Admin Portal user to see the queues that are assigned to the queue group in their dashboard, an Administrator needs to have assigned the Application Support role to the user.
Note
The queue groups feature is only available to FIs who are early adopters and requires a request for configuration. Contact your Customer Success Manager for more information.
For more information on setting up queues and queue groups, see Manage Queues.
Advanced Queue Routing gives FIs the ability to move an applicant's application into a specific queue based on the outcome of the application workflow. For example, if an applicant is approved but accounts fail to open on the core, the application can be routed to the Approved Needs Review queue.
For more information on Advanced Queue Routing, see Advanced Queue Routing.
The Heatmap provides a visualization of locations from which applications are submitted. You can zoom in for more precise locations. Select the Heatmap to zoom in. This also enables more zoom-in capabilities.
The Heatmap can be useful if you have different marketing campaigns or activities going on in various parts of the country or state and you want a quick glance of application activity.
The Funnel Report allows you to see all the applications submitted through Q2 Gro by stage. This report helps you measure the progress applicants have made within the application and gauge abandonment. This report can also be used for abandonment metrics. The following image shows an example Funnel Report:
The top band of the funnel report shows all the applicants who started the process and at least entered a phone number and/or email.
The second band contains those applicants that passed the SMS (text) verification step. The SMS verification step proves that the mobile number is valid and is accessible by the applicant.
Within the third band of the Funnel Report are the applicants that passed the email verification with delivery of the disclosure information. These applicants made it to the final steps of the account opening process.
The bottom band contains completed applications.
You can click on each band and see the detail of applicants within those bands and can then view and use the collected contact information (email or phone) to follow up and reengage with applicants that did not complete the process.
