Within the Queues column, select the queue assignment icon (
) to open the Queue Assignment window.

Select the edit icon (
) in the Rename column to open a dialog box to change the title for the queue group.

Select the remove icon (
) within the Remove column or the add icon

) within the Add column to remove or assign the queue to the queue group.
