Perform the following steps to add a new user:

Select New User.

Specify the details in all the fields in the User information dialog box.

First Name
Specify the first name for the user.
Last Name
Specify the last name for the user.
Email
Specify a valid email address. Q2 Gro sends the user login information and temporary password.
When a new user logs in for the first time, it is required to set up a password. If a user needs to reset a password in the future, Q2 Gro sends the reset instructions to this email address.
Username
Specify the user name for the user.
SActive
Enable the Active checkbox. This setting allows the user to get into the Admin Portal.
Role
Select the required user's role from the dropdown list. On initial setup, you must select one role and add additional roles later.

Select Done. Q2 Gro sends the user login information and temporary password for new user. The user will change their password and set up their challenge questions on the first entry into the portal.
