Fixed an issue for FIs that use Contextual Personal Financial Management (CPFM) with Composable Dashboard where previously selected tabs on the Spending content block appeared to still be selected when the user was on a different tab.

Fixed an issue where, when a check's transaction history details are expanded on the Account History page, the loading spinner displayed in the wrong location while the transaction details were loading, with the spinner outside of the expanded details area. Fixed an issue on iOS mobile devices and mobile browsers where, when attempting to drag and drop an account tile to a new location, the drag movement was very slow and the account tile didn't relocate successfully. Now, account tiles can be relocated successfully, and a configuration has been added so FIs can set the default delay of movement when dragging and dropping account tiles. (UUX-46031)
