To enable business of all sizes to more easily access their financial data, Q2 now provides Information Reporting to businesses that do not otherwise have access to Corporate features. Previously, non-Corporate businesses could view their transaction history, but only up to a certain point. Businesses then had to manually locate the required data, which potentially restricted automating accounting operations (such as entering data into accounting software). In order to solve this issue, Q2 now supports Information Reporting features for businesses of all sizes.
Note
The option to share reports is not available for non-Corporate (business) users using the Q2 UUX user interface. However, reports can be downloaded and shared as needed.
To access the Information Reporting feature, FIs must meet the following requirements:
-
The FI must request a configuration in their environment be made to have access to Information reporting for non-Corporate users.
-
The FI must be using the following minimum versions:
-
UUX version 4.6.0.7
-
Information Reporting version 2.23.0
-
Policy Module version 2.1.2
-
HQ version 4.6.0.7012A
-
The Information Reporting entitlement can be managed using the Information Reporting feature flag, which is available in the Rights section of the User Policy feature page. You can select specific reports from the dropdown list to grant access to customers.
The following reports are available:
-
Previous Day and Current Day Reports
-
Balance and Activity Statement
-
Cash Position Report
-
ACH Activity Report
-
Checks Paid Report
-
Wire Activity Report
-
User Defined Report
-
ZBA Activity Report
-
-
Online Banking Reports
-
Online Wire Originations
-
Online ACH Originations
-
Company Transactions Report
-
ACH File Upload Report
-
Note
Non-Coporate business users can be entitled to a maximum of 10 reports.
After enabling the Information Reporting entitlement, the Reports option in the left navigation menu will be available for non-Corporate users.
Entitled business users can create new reports for any accounts to which they have view access, and then download them as PDF, CSV, and BAI files.
Note
To access reports in BAI format, users must have an additional, separate entitlement enabled. Use the Enable BAI report files toggle in the Features tab on the Company Policy page to enable access to the BAI format. By default, the toggle is Enabled when Information Reporting is enabled, and BAI outputs will be available for the applicable reports. Information Reporting Entitlements can also be set using Q2 Console User Management.
(UUX-45142)
FIs that have licensed the Subsidiary Management Module can now view the default subsidiary within the Manage Subsidiaries page. The default subsidiary is displayed for all CSR users and Customer Admin users who have the entitlements to manage subsidiaries.
Note
To use the feature, you must have a PTE environment that includes the following Q2 products:
-
Subsidiary Management Module 2.0.0
-
HQ version 4.6.0.7002 or later
(UUX-39209)
-
Added the ability to disable reporting features for retail accounts. Now, accounts that have the DDA, SDA, and RES host product type codes can be set to no longer display any information reporting options.

Fixed an issue where FIs that were not using foreign exchange rates were unable to create wire payments in a foreign currency.
When set to
false
, theEnableInternationalWireForeignExchange
system property does not return the state of the customer feature flag that controls the option for foreign currencies to display. Therefore, FIs that are not using foreign exchange rates can't control the foreign currency entitlement at the Customer level. However, when the
EnableInternationalWireForeignExchange
system property is set tofalse
(no rates) and at least one Currency CodeisValidforIntlWire
property is set totrue
in theQ2_Currency
table, all customers will have the option to select from available, configured foreign currencies when creating an International Wire payment.Note
When a customer selects a foreign currency, the Enter Amount In field will be read-only and set to the selected currency.
FIs that are only offering International Wire origination in USD currency must ensure that they do not have any foreign currencies with the
isValidforIntlWire
property set totrue
or the system will treat the user experience as if those foreign currencies are available.FIs that are using foreign exchange rates can grant the Customer permissions to select foreign currencies by enabling the Foreign Exchange International Wire Access feature and can revoke the selection of foreign currencies by disabling the same feature.
No changes were made to the user experience workflow when the
EnableInternationalWireForeignExchange
system property is set totrue
and an FI is using a foreign currency rate adapter for International Wires.Note
This issue was fixed during the 4.6.0.7 timeframe, but backported to the 4.6.0.3 release. This text was also added to the 4.6.0.3 release notes, but is included here for visibility.

"Select a Country"
-
"Enter a valid SMS Text Number"
-
"Agree to SMS/Text Terms and Conditions"
