Campaign Builder (5.0.0)

Updated the Resource Center help widget in Q2 SMART to connect to the Q2 documentation repository. This has replaced the previous in-app tutorial guide in the main menu. Also, the help icon in Q2 SMART now links to the Q2 Documentation Portal. (ECOM-7022, ECOM-7620, ECOM-7888)
Added a new Insights trait tag to the following traits in the Trait Store:
- Annual Deposited Income
- Auto maintenance transaction frequency

Updated the requirements for internal product traits so it isn't necessary for at least one user to have the trait before it displays in the trait modal. Now, internal product traits display in the trait modal even if no users have the trait. (ECOM-8257)
Implemented a change to permanently delete user trait data three days after the user is marked as deleted in the Q2 database. (ECOM-8431)

Fixed an issue some users experienced where certain SMART application pages didn't load correctly after a new version was released. (ECOM-8285)
Fixed an issue where some larger campaign reports couldn't be downloaded. (ECOM-8454)

The following loading states and pagination updates have been added to Q2 SMART:

Added pagination functionality to the Audiences dashboard and the audience selection portion of Campaign Builder. Once an audience is selected, the name of the selected audience will consistently display, even if the user navigates to a page of audiences where the selected audience is not included.

Note

The pagination component will only display if the FI has more than nine audiences.
Added loading states for the audience size calculator. Now, when traits are added or edited, a loading state signals that a calculation is happening. If the calculation is unable to complete within 10 seconds, the action will time out with an error message.

Note

If the audience is unable to calculate and times out, the user can retry adding or editing the traits. If timeout issues persist, the user can report the case to Q2 Support, but the audience query will still work even if the audience size is not visible.
Added a loading state notification that displays when an audience is being downloaded.
Added pagination to the User lists home page to increase performance of the page loading time. Now, User lists are paginated to (up to) nine lists per page.
Added a timeout message to the Audiences page that displays if the audience cards are unable to load within 10 seconds.
Added loading states for when traits are processing (for example, when a trait is being added to an audience).

Added error messages for when there's a system failure when completing the following actions related to trait tags:
- Tagging a trait
- Removing a tag
- Creating a tag
- Editing a tag

Added a tooltip with explanatory text for recommender traits that result in an audience size of zero.

Fixed an issue when downloading Audience lists that was causing email addresses to not be matched to the correct user ID. This resulted in the email address either being associated with the wrong user ID or to appear as though a user did not have an associated email. (ECOM-8455)
