Financial institutions (FIs) can now customize the time zone that is reflected in their Q2 Discover environment. Prior to this change, all data through Q2 Discover was reported in Central Standard Time (CST).
Tip
Q2 Discover supports time zones in whole-hour increments. If you can't find your time zone, look for the closest major city in your time zone on the list. Time zones are sorted by continent and some countries (Australia, Brazil, Canada, India, Mexico, and US). Half-hour time zones are not supported. The 45-minute time zones in Eucla, AU; Chatham Islands, NZ; and Nepal are also not supported.
The assigned time zone in Q2 Discover is applied to all event data and guide scheduling associated with the account. Changing the time zone for a Q2 Discover account updates all applications and results in retroactive data reprocessing.
Note
If you would like to configure a new time zone for your FI, please submit a request ticket using the Q2 Customer Portal.
