What's new

Added a configuration that, when enabled, sets the HasBeenReported and ProcessedDate fields in the Q2 database so that the Statement Delivery Wizard does not process changes already posted to the core. (CDB-11601)
Updated the form loading behavior so that only accounts with updates in the UUX database are updated on load. Previously, the form would update all accounts with a new timestamp even when no changes were submitted for the account. (CDB-12024)
Updated the form to display a warning banner that instructs users to contact their FI when preferences fail to load from the core for an account. The following image shows the Statement Delivery Preference page with the default warning text displayed.

Updated form error handling to omit accounts from the form that couldn't be retrieved from the core. All other accounts load into the form without issue. Previously, if account preferences could not be retrieved from the core for all accounts, the form would fail to load. (CDB-14528, CDB-14534, CDB-14539)

Fixed an issue where the form didn't load when loading statement preferences. As a result, improved error handling for errors returned by the core has now been implemented. (CDB-14177)
