For Interface to Ciphertext clients, updated the standard wording in the Attention modal that opens after a user selects Add to Google Pay to state "Please Choose [Open App] instead of Open in Browser if prompted." This information will only display later on a Ciphertext generated screen if the user has these links disabled on their device.

This change only applies to FIs licensed for and using the Interface to Ciphertext. Additional changes may be required from Ciphertext.

Added the ability for Velera (formerly, Co-op) clients for Card Management to retrieve the card plastic type when pulling the user's cards. This change allows Card Management to use the card plastic type value to help determine which card art is displayed in the system.

Fixed an issue where Android users encountered a blank page when they selected the Add to Wallet button. Now, Card Management ensures the correct URL is used and that sufficient logging occurs when the user isn't correctly provisioned for these types of URLs.
