Enabling administrator rights for Q2 Console CSRs

Allowing Console CSRs access to administrator rights gives them the ability to access Console Administration and manage Console CSRs. You can allow administrator rights for an existing Console CSR user or while adding a new CSR.

Note

This option is only available for Console CSRs whose CSR type is User.

To allow administrator rights

  1. On the Console CSRs page, search for the Console CSR you want to give administrator rights to.

  2. Select options menu-icon.png > Allow admin rights.

  3. Select Allow.

The Console CSR is assigned to the Admin CSR type and can now access Console Administration to manage other Console CSRs.
