Enter the campaign details by completing the following fields:
-
Start date and time—when ads begin appearing for users
Note
Campaigns scheduled to start within one hour of creation will start immediately. The campaign timer is based on the SMART user's local time.
-
(Optional) End date and time—when ads stop appearing
-
(Optional) Campaign priority—dictates how often ad appears in digital banking
-
(Optional) Destination URL—the web page users see when they select an ad in the campaign
Note
Q2 SMART can only link to static URLs, which excludes URLs requiring single sign-on (SSO).
Tip
A link to a digital banking page will open the page within the same browser tab or window. A link to a page outside of digital banking will open the page in a new tab or browser window. If you wish to target a page inside digital banking, you must enter the full URL, not just a URL fragment.
Caution
For the best user experience, use a destination URL that contains
https://
. If the URL does not start withhttp://
orhttps://
, thenhttp://
will be added automatically by Q2 SMART. Unsecured URLs (those that containhttp://
instead ofhttps://
) do not work in iOS.
