The campaign prioritization feature allows you to determine how often your campaign appears in digital banking.
Prioritization levels are Low, Medium, and High. The weight of each prioritization is 2x, meaning Medium is twice as likely to show before Low. High is twice as likely to show before Medium and 4x as likely to show before Low.
When an audience is a part of multiple active campaigns, ads in a campaign with a higher priority will show up more often than ads in an active campaign with a lower priority. If all campaigns are set to the same priority, competing ads will display in random order.
Campaign prioritization is set to Medium by default and can be edited when entering the campaign details.
