You can complete the following actions on the Campaigns page:
You can make changes to any campaign with a status of drafted, in queue, paused, or active.
Tip
Editing a running campaign can impact reporting integrity. To preserve the accuracy of reports data, make a copy of the campaign, and edit the new copy instead.
Note
Making a change to the audience for a campaign will affect the reported data going forward; however, changing the ads or art used for a campaign will not affect the data.

On the Home page, select the Campaigns icon.

On the Campaigns page, select the menu icon for the campaign you want to edit. Then, select Edit.

Make any necessary changes to the campaign.

Once you complete your changes, selectSave.
Note
It can take up to 20 minutes for a new campaign to start or for an edit to a campaign to take effect.
To create a campaign that is similar to an existing one, you can save time by copying the existing campaign. Then, make changes to one or more features to create a whole new campaign. This is convenient for various purposes, such as:

A/B testing—also called split testing, this method involves comparing two versions of a campaign: A and B.

Multivariate testing—a technique for testing a campaign in which multiple variables are modified. The goal of multivariate testing is to determine which combination of variations performs the best out of all of the possible combinations.
Note
You cannot copy a campaign that includes a custom survey.
To copy an existing campaign:
You can temporarily stop a campaign from running at any time by pausing it.
To pause a campaign:

On the Home page, select the Campaigns icon.

On the Campaigns page, the menu icon for the campaign you want to pause.

Select Pause.
You can rename a paused campaign at any time.
To resume a paused campaign:

On the Home page, select the Campaigns icon.

On the Campaigns page, the menu icon for the campaign you want to resume.

Select Resume.
To stop a campaign before its designated end date, you can stop and archive it.
To stop and archive an existing campaign:

On the Home page, select the Campaigns icon.

On the Campaigns page, the menu icon for the campaign you want to stop and archive.

Select Archive campaign.
You can export the results from your campaigns to a CSV file in the Campaigns area of Q2 SMART.
To export results from the Campaigns page:

You can download an audience by either selecting Download audience on the audience tile menu , or by selecting Download audience on the audience details page.
