SMART Surveys is an add-on feature that allows you to ask your end users questions and receive answers. You can choose from six survey topics to deliver through a custom campaign. Each topic has its own set of questions that you can choose from. You can also create a custom survey that allows you to add custom questions to your surveys.
End users have the ability to answer yes or no, skip the question, or dismiss surveys. If an end user has completed or skipped the questions in a survey, they will no longer see the ad for the survey within digital banking.
