Audience Builder allows for the modularization of Q2 SMART's campaign building workflow. By separating audience-building from campaign-building, you can:

Use one audience multiple times or for multiple campaigns.

Target Composable Dashboard content blocks, allowing a personalized banking experience for the user.

Download audiences for use in your preferred marketing channel.

Organize preferred traits using trait tagging.
Note
Audience Builder was permanently enabled on April 30, 2024. Legacy campaigns were decommissioned at that time. For more information, see the Audience Builder now permanent and Legacy campaign-building decommissioned section of the release notes page.
Select Audiences in the leftmost navigation menu to open the Audience Builder home page.
The home page provides a list of all audiences your FI has created.
Tip
These audiences may or may not be actively targeting a campaign or content block. If you delete an audience that happens to be actively targeting a campaign or content block, the campaign or content block will be unaffected.

The All Users audience targets all users in your digital banking platform.

The Users with Multiple Favorited Accounts and Users with One Favorited Account audiences are used to drive the Composable Dashboard experience for the Accounts content block. These audiences should only be used by FIs in EA for Composable Dashboard in accordance with guidance from their implementations team.
