Added a new feature for FIs with SMART and Contextual PFM that allows SMART ads to target end users based on their current account balance (low, moderate, or high). This new feature is available for external product traits that are selected when creating a campaign. If a user has more than one account in the same product family (such as two savings accounts), the balance for the trait is the total sum of those accounts.
