Deleting a user list in Q2 SMART

If you no longer want to use, view, or store a user list in Q2 SMART, you can delete it.

Caution

Deleting a user list is a permanent action within Q2 SMART. After a user list is deleted, you have to re-upload it to use in future campaigns. Active or queued campaigns that target the deleted user list are not affected.

To delete a user list

  1. On the User lists page, select the user list you want to delete. The user list editor appears.

  2. Select Delete at the bottom of the page.

  3. Select Delete to confirm your decision. The user list is deleted from the system and removed from the User lists page.
