Reinstated the activation email that is automatically sent to a new CSR after selecting a save option on the Add Console CSR modal dialog in Q2 Console Administration. The Send activation email checkbox has been removed, as the Q2 Console activation email is required to be sent to all new CSR users by default. (CONSOLE-1727)
Tip
This feature must be configured by Q2 and requires an HQ version of 4.5.0.6094 or higher.
FIs can now request to enable the Call Center End User Verification feature in Q2 Console User Management.
Call Center Initiated End User Verification is a CSR-initiated action that sends the end user (for example, a customer of the FI) a verification code to their existing digital banking SMS or email Secure Access Code (SAC) contact target(s). FIs can use this feature to help verify the identity of a person on the phone.
Note
The verification code cannot be used as a secure access code (SAC) to access digital banking. Q2 strongly recommends using this feature, consistent with your risk policies, as an additional element to your FI's multi-layered verification process.
For more information about this feature, see Sending a verification code to a User Login in Q2 Console User Management.

When a CSR user doesn't have permission to edit a User, Customer, or Group profile, the transparency of the edit icon is increased and appears greyed out.
Additionally, when a CSR user hovers over the edit icon on a User profile, text indicating the feature isn't enabled for the digital banking CSR is displayed. This behavior occurs when a CSR user attempts to edit a User, Customer, or Group profile and they are not entitled to do so.
The first image below shows the edit icon when a CSR user is entitled to edit a User profile, and the second image shows the edit icon when a CSR user is not entitled to edit a User profile.
Similarly, when a CSR user doesn't have permission to use CSR Assist on a User profile, the transparency of the CSR Assist icon is increased. When a CSR user that isn't enabled for CSR Assist hovers over the CSR Assist icon, tooltip text indicating that CSR Assist isn't enabled for the digital banking CSR displays. Fixed issues that occurred when generating the CSR Assist Front End Audit Report. Data for audit actions duplicated, which resulted in oversized report files that failed to generate. Additionally, data for the User-Agent, IP Address, and Session ID values returned as "unknown" after three days. Now, the CSR Assist Front End Audit Report generates and returns audit data as expected. (CREPORT-1062)

For FIs that leverage the Expired status, added an Expired status to the Transaction Queue page and the Transaction Details page for transactions that are past the scheduled process date. In all other locations, expired transactions will continue to have a transaction status of Authorized or Drafted. The Expired status is excluded from the search filter and will not return on any reports. For more information, see Expired transactions in Q2 Console Transactions. (TXN-109)
