Setting message recipient groups for Group profiles in User Management
About message recipient groups
Within Q2 Console User Management's Group Preferences tab, FIs can define which secure message recipient groups are visible in digital banking to end users, based on the Group the end user belongs to. This feature is referred to as Message Recipient Group to Group Management and allows for FIs to to customize recipient groups based a specific groups needs.
For example, a group of users that hold direct deposit accounts might have a different set of message recipient groups than a group of users that only hold investment or credit accounts.
When a message recipient group is enabled, the message group is displayed as an available selection to end users when sending a secure message. If a message recipient group is not enabled, the message group will not be visible to end users.
