This release includes the following updates:

Fixed an issue where a user was unable to initially complete a Member to Member transfer due to the system requiring the field to use all caps. Now, the form successfully processes fund transfers regardless of capitalization in the field. (CDB-13928)

Fixed an issue where a user with an associated international phone number encountered an error when attempting to link an account. Now, linking accounts with associated international phone numbers works as expected. (PSOPCU-3163)
