What's new
- Removed the Bank holidays option from the Administration global menu when the user isn't entitled to the ADMINISTRATION: Bank Holidays CSR Role right. (CONSOLE-1654)
Q2 Console User Management (2.1.5)
What's new
- Added the ability for an FI to set a Customer's address as a requirement when adding a new Customer in Q2 Console User Management. If set as required (), the fields that must be filled are Address 1, City, State (or Province, if applicable), and Postal code.

*NEW* Updated how Secure Access Codes (SACs) are displayed in Q2 Console User Management to reduce security risks and improve protection of end user information. Previously, the entire SAC was displayed, but now the code is masked except for the last two digits.
Note: If your FI has previously been using SACs to verify customers, we strongly encourage you to implement the Call Center End User Verification feature available in Q2 Console User Management.

What's new
Added Security Configurations to Q2 Console Reporting Security Data
A new Security Configurations tab has been added to Security Data within Q2 Console Reporting. FIs can use the reports in the Security Configurations tab to monitor, review, and improve current platform configurations, as well as preform user setting or transaction monitoring for fraud management.
Information about the following configurations is available:
- Security system properties
- Q2 Sentinel
- Q2 Patrol
- Secure Access Code (SAC) verbiage
- CSR notifications
Note: Q2 Patrol and Q2 Sentinel configuration information only applies to FIs that use these add-on products.
Tip: The Security Configurations tab is only available to CSRs with the Console Reporting: View Security Data entitlement. For more information on entitlements for Q2 Console Reporting, see Rights for CSR roles in Q2 Console.

- Updated the Audit Summary Report in Q2 Console Generated Reports to display an "unknown" status when no error return code is present. (CREPORT-1015)

- Fixed an issue where some FIs were unable to save edits to Exchange Rate Tiers. (BOAPI-1251)
Note: This fix to Q2 Console Transactions was included in the BOAPI version 3.25.1 release.
