The Security Data > Security Configurations tab in Q2 Console Reporting contains data that allows FIs to monitor, review, and improve current platform configurations, as well as monitor user settings or transactions for fraud management.
Note
This report is not available in permanent test environments (PTEs).
To view the Security Configurations tab, you'll need specific rights (permissions) assigned to you in Q2 Console Administration. CSR rights are configured on the Administration > CSR Roles page in Q2 Console.

Currently, configuration information is available for the following:
-
Security system properties—System properties affect the entire platform and affect all users. The System Property values presented in the report can control global settings for User IDs, Customer IDs, and Group IDs. FIs can review currently configured system properties related to security.
-
Q2 Sentinel—Q2 Sentinel analyzes user data to identify any suspicious or irregular transactions. FIs can review configurations related to Q2 Sentinel, actions that require Q2 Sentinel, and the transaction types that are configured to be scored by Q2 Sentinel.
-
Q2 Patrol—Q2 Patrol analyzes users' behavior patterns to determine if a digital banking session may be fraudulent. FIs can review configurations related to Q2 Patrol and actions that are currently configured to require tokens (additional authentication).
-
Secure Access Code (SAC) verbiage—FIs can monitor, edit, and improve the verbiage of currently implemented secure access code (SAC) configurations.
-
CSR Notifications—CSR notifications are emailed alerts that can be sent when an action occurs in the database or digital banking system. CSR notifications vary between FIs depending on an FI's specific needs. See Managing CSR notifications for specific instructions on searching, adding/deleting, enabling/disabling, editing, and copying CSR Notifications.
Note
The available Q2 Patrol and Q2 Sentinel configuration information only applies to FIs that use these add-on products.
