This release includes the following updates:
To enable business of all sizes to more easily access their financial data, Q2 now provides Information Reporting to businesses that do not otherwise have access to Corporate features. Previously, non-Corporate businesses could view their transaction history, but only up to a certain point. Businesses then had to manually locate the required data, which potentially restricted automating accounting operations (such as entering data into accounting software). In order to solve the issue, Q2 now supports Information Reporting features for businesses of all sizes.
Note
The option to share reports is not available for non-Corporate (business) users using the Q2 UUX user interface. However, reports can be downloaded and shared as needed.
To access this Information Reporting feature, FIs must meet the following requirements:
-
The FI must request a configuration of their environment be made to have access to Information reporting for non-Corporate users.
-
The FI must be using the following minimum versions:
-
UUX version 4.6.0.7
-
Information Reporting version 2.23.0
-
Policy Module version 2.1.2
-
HQ version 4.6.0.7012A

Note
To access reports in BAI format, users must have an additional, separate entitlement enabled. Use the Enable BAI report files toggle in the Features tab on the Company Policy page to enable access to the BAI format. By default, the toggle is Enabled when Information Reporting is enabled, and BAI outputs will be available for the applicable reports.
