The User Preferences Updates Report shows end-user initiated updates for a specified time period.
Updates may include:

Changes to name, phone number, email, and address

User-level rights, including:

Transaction rights
-
Feature rights
-
Account rights
-
Policy dashboard rights

Secure access code (SAC) targets
Note
Actions taken by end users and actions taken by a CSR User will both be included in this report. This report tracks actions done in both UUX and in Back Office.
To view and use Generated Reports in Q2 Console Reporting, you'll need specific rights (permissions) assigned to you in Q2 Console Administration. CSR rights are configured on the Administration > CSR Roles page in Q2 Console.

In the Generate report tab, select the User Preferences Updates Report from the list of available report titles.
Search parameters within this report include:

This report can return a large amount of data. For best results, enter the smallest date range possible for your needs.
After setting the parameters, select the Run report button () to generate the report. When completed, the generated report will show in the Reports tab. You can download or export the completed report as a CSV or PDF file.

Because this report includes actions taken by both end users and CSR users, the action descriptions include multiple potential scenarios in which the action term might appear in the report data.
