What's new

Changes for FIs using FIS Horizon (XChange XML API)

  • Added a new configuration that allows FIs to set the core's SNDLETR field to the following values when making Address Updates:

    • B—indicates if the system should send a Change of Address Letter to both of the user's primary and maintained addresses.

    • Y—indicates if the system should send a Change of Address Letter to only the user's maintained address.

    • P—indicates if the system should send a Change of Address Letter to only the user's primary address.

    • N—indicates that the system shouldn't send a Change of Address Letter to the user.

  • Updated Q2's integration with FIS Horizon to better handle addresses set to 0 in the core's ADDRESQ field. These addresses will now correspond with the user's physical address. (CDB-13239)

  • Updated Address Management to better handle address updates for users who don't have an SSN, with a new configuration that removes the need for searching by SSN when the User Primary CIF field includes FIS Horizon's RM Key. (CDB-13239)

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where JXChangeTM (also known as JHA SilverLake System®) users received an error when attempting to update their addresses in the Update mailing address and Update physical address workflows. Now, these workflows work as expected. (CDB-11691)

  • Fixed an issue where PO Box numbers provided in the Add a new mailing address workflow failed during the Validation step. PO Boxes are now validated as expected. (CDB-12398)

  • Fixed an issue where some FIs were unable to delete addresses in the Delete address workflow, despite having access to the workflow. A configuration is now available to turn off the workflow for specified address types. (CDB-12618)

  • Fixed an issue where a user was missing the Contact Information section on their profile, due to the FI's core provider not having contact information for the user. Now, users are able to add their contact information when there isn't contact information provided from an FI's core provider. (CDB-12627)

  • Fixed an issue where users were required to complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) when selecting an account already established in the system, thereby giving the user the false impression that they were being redirected to a workflow to make changes on the account. (CDB-13026)

  • Fixed an issue where the landing page doesn't display updated addresses for all the accounts listed in the Apply address to other accounts window after a user selects the Apply to all accounts option. This was due to users seeing accounts they shouldn't have address change permissions for in the Apply address to other accounts window. Now, the window only displays addresses that the user is a primary account holder of. (CDB-13219)
