This release includes the following updates:

Updated the color of the warning banner that displays when a user initially signs into Q2 Console who has not linked their Q2central credentials. Previously, the banner with this message was red, but because the banner contains a warning message rather than an error message, the color has been changed to orange. (CONSOLE-1615)

Updated Q2 Console user settings so the that after a user sets up an extra verification option for their profile they are returned to the Q2 Console landing page. (CONSOLE-1205)
The Information Reporting feature has been added to Q2 Console User Management for business customers at the Group level, Customer level, and User level. An Information Reporting tab is now available in the left navigation menu when viewing a Group, Customer, or User profile. FIs can enable Information Reporting and select the desired reports for business customers to use in digital banking.
Up to 10 reports can be selected at the Group level. The standard Q2 Console hierarchy applies to which reports are available to the lower profile levels, so any number of reports from those chosen at the Group level can then be selected at the Customer level, and any number of reports from those chosen at the Customer level can then be selected at the User level.

To access this Information Reporting feature, FIs must meet the following requirements:

The FI must request a configuration of their environment be made to have access to Information Reporting for non-Corporate users.

Caution
The Information Reporting tab that appears in the left navigation menu in Q2 Console User Management will be visible, but it will be inactive unless the prerequisites have been met.

Fixed an issue in the Add User profile modal window where, when adding an SMS/text SAC Contact and selecting the Add as phone number checkbox, the phone number was not being saved to the profile as intended. Now, when a phone number is added as an SAC Contact and the Add as phone number checkbox is selected, the phone number is added to the User profile. (ONBD-2229)

Fixed an issue in the Add User profile modal window where, when adding a phone number and selecting an Add as SAC contact option, the phone number was not being saved as an SAC contact as intended. Now, when a phone number is added to a profile and the Add as SAC contact checkbox is selected, the phone number is added as an SAC contact to the User profile. (ONBD-2230)

Fixed an issue where, when generating the CSR Audit Report, CSR IDs returned with a .0 at the end (for example, an ID of "29" returned as "29.0"). Now, the CSR ID field returns data in the expected numerical format. (CREPORT-1061)

Fixed an issue where the CSR Assist Front End Audit Report was not completing for some FIs and remained in "Processing". (CREPORT-1079)

Fixed an issue where, when generating the User Preferences Updates Report, the report data did not include all updates made to an end user's profile and instead included unneeded data of back office actions done beyond the past three days. Now, if multiple updates are made to an end user's profile, they will all display in the generated report, and changes done in the back office beyond the past three days will not return. (CREPORT-1063)
