What's new

Enhanced secure messaging configurations

Card Management enhanced secure messaging's feature-level configurations to allow greater control over recipients and reduce unnecessary messages, with the following changes:

  • Secure messages can be configured for Enable Card, Disable Card, and Activate Card features.

    Note: By default, Enable Card, Disable Card, and Activate Card feature configuration is disabled. 

  • Recipient groups can be set by feature.

    Note: By default, the primary recipient group ID will be used.

  • Secure messages can be disabled by feature.

Additional changes

  • Improved the Card Management integration with FIS Horizon XChange. (CARD-445)

  • Improved the user experience for users who are enrolling to disable a card to immediately redirect users to the Disable Card page after successfully enrolling. (CARD-1273)

Fixes

  • Fixed issues that denied attempts to add or modify regions using the location options on the Card Controls page. (CARD-596)

  • Fixed an issue for FIS Financial Connect users where replacement cards weren't successfully ordered using the Report Lost, Stolen, or Damaged page. (CARD-1272)

  • Fixed an issue where newly added regions weren't successfully added. (CARD-1346)
