Improved the performance and loading times for retrieving cards. (CARD-2445)

Fixes

PSCU clients

Fixed an issue with the alerts where, if a user had an alert for a transaction enabled and attempted to disable it, the All transactions alert was enabled. (CARD-2597)

Horizon XChange clients

Fixed an issue where some cards didn't display if they were not assigned to a checking account. (CARD-2517)

PSCU Ondot clients

Fixed an issue where additional subscriptions could be added when a CSR accessed a client's card account using the CSR Assist functionality. (CARD-2520)
