What's new

Added toggles

Q2 Card Management has added section-level toggles on the Alerts and Controls (Usage/Limits) pages to increase user awareness on what limits and controls are impacted when they make changes.

Note: This is an available configuration for FIs on all processors, but is required for FIs using Ondot, JHA Card Processing SolutionsTM, and FIS SecurLOCK.

Added a new processor integration

Q2 Card Management is now generally available (GA) for integration with JHA Card Processing SolutionsTM.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue for Co-op Optis users where card activation was required every session. (CARD-1181)

  • Fixed an issue for FIs using Co-op Optis where they couldn't restrict access to Disable Lost/Stolen Card and Order Replacement Card when a user's address was recently changed. (CARD-1237)

  • Fixed an issue for FIS Horizon XChange users where the Tap to activate button didn't work. (CARD-1378)

  • Fixed an issue for FIS SecurLOCK users where unenrolling an individual card on the Card Details page unenrolled all cards. (CARD-1384)
