What's new

Enhanced secure message configurations

Q2 Card Management added expanded capabilities for specialized secure messaging configurations. Example configurations could include:

  • the ability to send a secure message only when a debit card is activated.

  • the ability to send secure messages to different recipient groups depending on whether a card was reported stolen or damaged.

Additional changes

  • Added CVV validation for activating cards for Co-op Optis users. (CARD-90)

  • Added the ability for FIs with FIS SecurLOCK to set the number of international countries in which users can allow transactions. Card holders can now select the specific list of international countries where transactions should be allowed. (CARD-1037, CARD-1184)

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue with the Card Management PSCU integration where the retrieval process stopped when an error on a card occurred. (CARD-1259)

  • Fixed an issue for SHAZAM users where the MasterCard or Visa logos didn't display on their cards. (CARD-1450)

  • Fixed an issue for PSCU users where enable or disable card and travel notifications didn't include the User ID. (CARD-1523)

  • Fixed an issue with the secure message override functionality where messages were routed incorrectly. Now, messages for travel notifications are sent to the override recipient group when configured. (CARD-1539)
