This release includes the following updates:
You can now view the default subsidiary within the Manage Subsidiaries page. The default subsidiary is displayed for all CSR users and Customer Admin users who have the entitlements to manage subsidiaries. The default subsidiary appears first on the list of subsidiaries on the Manage Subsidiaries page and does not display with an actions menu option. The default subsidiary is created when a new Customer is created.
Previously, the default subsidiary was not displayed within the list of subsidiaries on the Manage Subsidiaries page. CSR users are not permitted to modify this subsidiary from within the Manage Subsidiaries workflow because this "subsidiary" is actually the Customer profile record. Modifications to the default subsidiary must be performed within the Customer profile in Q2 Console.
This change was made to convey to CSR users and Customer Admin users with granted entitlements that the customer profile serves as a Subsidiary even when no other subsidiaries are added (or required).
