Transactions in Q2 Console enables FI staff to view, research, and monitor financial and nonfinancial transactions generated in digital banking by an end user.
To view and use the Transactions queue in Q2 Console, you'll need the Transaction: View All Transactions right assigned to you in Q2 Console Administration. CSR rights are configured on the Administration > CSR Roles page in Q2 Console.

From the Q2 Console landing page, select the Transactions tile, then select the All Transactions tile. This will open the Transaction Queue.
