The following changes were included in the PTE release on May 9, 2024, and then in the May 23, 2024, PRD release unless otherwise noted.
Note
The version change from 1.0.65 to 1.1.0 for the Q2 Positive Pay Module is to allow for the increase in functionality introduced in 1.1.0 for Payee Match. The version numbers between 1.0.65 and 1.1.0 were skipped.
With this update, integrated Positive Pay now supports the Centrix Exact/TMS (ETMS) Enhanced Payee Match System, available in ETMS version 8.8.30.0 and later. When the Enhanced Payee Match System is configured, users will see the following additional data elements with each check exception: Payee Match and Payee Match Additional Result. These elements will be displayed in expandable fields within the new Payee match result page section. Each new data element can contain up to 1000 characters of descriptive text about the presented exception.
Additionally, the Payee name field is now required instead of optional when the Payee Match feature is enabled for the customer in Centrix Exact/TMS.
Note
To utilize the feature, you must have a PTE environment that includes the following Q2 products:
-
UUX version 4.6.0.3 or later (to implement this with older versions of UUX, you must upgrade to Ardent version 4.6.0.7006)
-
Centrix ExactTMS version 8.8.30.0 or later
-
CentrixPositivePayExactTMSSSO and the CentrixExactTMSPositivePayRouter Iso service adapters (this feature is not supported by the legacy .NET adapter)
(CSR-850, CSR-866)
-
Updated the Positive Pay check image exceptions screen to change the displayed field order. Now, the Paid date field appears in the top row to the right of the amount and exception type. The Issued Payee and Found Payee fields (when data is available) are displayed on the bottom row of text, below the Account name and Check # fields. Additionally, updated the Check # label to include a ":" character to make it consistent with the other fields (Check #:).
(CSR-894, CSR-909)
-
Updated the Found Payee field to be conditional within the Positive Pay check exceptions. If no data is returned for the field from ETMS, the Found Payee field will not appear on the UI. (CSR-909)
