System notifications has been added as a feature to Q2 Console Administration. System notifications offer FIs the option to communicate a one-way message with digital banking users. For example, system notifications can be used to inform digital banking end users about upcoming scheduled maintenance or scheduled downtime.
Messages up to 300 characters long can display at the top of every page in digital banking on all devices. Additionally, FIs can specify the start and end times in which the system notification displays to end users.
For more information about using and accessing system notifications, see System notifications in Q2 Console.

Added Administration - PTE as an available tile in the Q2 Console dashboard for administrative users with access to a permanent test environment (PTE) enabled. The Administration - PTE application does not include tile set management. Users with PTE access receive all available PTE tiles regardless of whether they have entitlements. If a CSR user does not have entitlements for a feature, the user receives an error message when they open the application.
Note
This change only affects FIs who have access to a PTE.
