Q2 Console release notes (May 3, 2024)

Note: The following changes require Q2 Console Reporting version 4.1.7 or later.

Q2 Console Reporting (4.1.7)

Fixed an intermittent issue in the Audit Investigation Report generated report where, when the user selected the Show whether audit event was CSR Assist parameter, data was omitted from the generated report. (CREPORT-983)
Fixed an intermittent issue where generated reports failed when an error return code was missing from the return value in the underlying services. You can verify this fix by using the standard Generated Reports workflow to generate a report. (CREPORT-1001)
Fixed an intermittent issue where the CSR Audit Report did not pull historical data older than three days. (CREPORT-1002)
Fixed an intermittent issue where the CSR Assist Front End Audit Report failed to generate, and the related CSV file could not be downloaded. Now, the report generates successfully, and the CSV file can be downloaded. (CREPORT-1003)
Fixed an intermittent issue where the User Activity Report was missing data from three or more days prior in certain fields, including, but not limited to, IP Address, Browser, and Browser Version. Now, data from three or more days prior for the User Activity Report successfully returns in generated reports. (CREPORT-1005)
