Additional updates in Q2 Console
Added entitlements for Experience Builder (Q2 Config) to Q2 Console Administration
The following Experience Builder (Q2 Config) entitlements have been added to the entitlements list within the Q2 Console Administration tile.
- ExperienceBuilderEditDelete—while in Experience Builder (Q2 Config), the user can add changes to the change log, access or edit all available features within a draft, and generate preview links.
- ExperienceBuilderPromotePublish—while in Experience Builder (Q2 Config), the user can publish drafts and promote published drafts.
- ExperienceBuilderView—while in Experience Builder (Q2 Config), the user can view all features but cannot create changes in the change log.
The Experience Builder (Q2 Config) tile on the Q2 Console dashboard is no longer accessible only by administrators and is now a part of the standard Console tile set management.
By default, all users will have the view-only entitlement (ExperienceBuilderView), including administrators.
Tip: Console admin users who previously had full access to Experience Builder (Q2 Config) will need to go to Console Administration and change their entitlements from view-only back to full access.
